Jonica is a double-storey home with a modern, boxy silhouette and a bold mix of materials. Red-brown brick veneer grounds the lower level, while off-white render and horizontal Monument cladding lift the upper facade.
The entry uses a timber pivot door with a slim side window, while L-shaped black-framed windows and a central vertical glass panel stack add character and natural light.
A Monument Colorbond garage door, tidy front lawn, landscaped gardens and concrete path complete a warm, sophisticated frontage.
